Heard Mr. K.C. Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 2.

According to Mr. Sahoo, the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the authorities in extending her the benefits under Biju Pucca Ghara Scheme though she is eligible to get the same. He submits that though highlighting her grievances, the petitioner has approached the Collector, Nayagarh (opposite party No.2) on 04.07.2022 by filing a representation under Annexure-2, however, till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to the said opposite party to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner within a specific time period. 3.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the Collector, Nayagarh (opposite party No.2) to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner under Annexure-2 in accordance with law within a period of two

// 2 // months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if in the meantime, the same has not been disposed of and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to supply a copy of the representation dated 04.07.2022 under Annexure-2 to opposite party No.2 while presenting a certified copy of this order. 4.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. 5.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
