2. Heard Mr. A.K. Nath, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. B.R. Das, learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Perused the mediation report and the deed of settlement executed by both the parties before the Mediator. The appeal is disposed of on the basis of deed of settlement dated 10.03.2022 executed by the parties before the Mediator which is a part of this record. The terms of the deed shall form part of this order. The mediation report along with settlement deed be kept on record for future reference.
