2. This application has been filed by the petitioner-wife under Section 407 of Cr.P.C. for transfer of C.P. No.656 of 2016 filed by the opp. party No.2-husband under Section-7 of "The Family Courts Act, 1984" read with Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 in the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar, to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapara.

3. By order dated 03.01.2017, learned counsel for the petitioner had been granted time to file a Misc. Case for conversion of TRP (CRL) to TRP (C). Till date, the said application has not been filed.

4. This case is pending since 2016.

5. From the nature of prayer and the fact that no interim order has been passed in this case, it is apparent that nothing remains to be decided in the TRP (CRL).

6. Hence, the TRP (CRL) is dismissed.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules. .........................
