1.This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has joined in the Government High School, Unit-1, Bhubaneswar on 19.112018. While he was continuing his service, suddenly the DEO (District Education Officer) Khurda effected the transfer on the basis of the direction issued by the Director Secondary Education on the ground that such transfer is administrative exigency. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court for cancellation of such transfer.

4. This Court feels expedient that the petitioner should approach the District Education Officer, Khurda for

// 2 // seeking cancellation of his transfer by filing a representation. In such event the District Education Officer shall dispose of the said representation within a period of one month from the date of submission of the same by passing a reasoned order.
