Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) It is therefore prayed that your Lordships may be graciously pleased to admit the writ petition and after hearing both the sides issue Writ /Writs in the nature of "MANDAMUS" by directing the Opp. Party No.1 & 2 to put the services of the petitioners in Regular Establishment as a Sweeper with all service and financial benefits in terms of Finance Department Resolution No.22764 on dated 15.05.1997".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioners are directed to make fresh individual representation before the Opposite Party No.1 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

It is observed that if such an individual representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opposite Party No.1 shall do well to dispose of the representation within a period of three months in the light of the order passed by this Court under Annexure-11. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.1 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time. 6.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
