Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is working as Anganwadi Helper in Kendua Anganwadi centre in the district of Mayubhanj. While working as such, vide order dated 07.10.2020 of the CDPO her monthly remuneration was stopped from September, 2020 onwards on the ground that the villagers had made certain allegations against her and that till receipt of further orders from the Sub-Collector, Bamanghaty, Rairangpur, she will not be paid any remuneration on the principle of no work no pay. The petitioner approached the SubCollector, Bamanghaty, Rairangpur by submitting a representation on 18.04.2022 ventilating her grievances. It is submitted that the same is still pending.

Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the contentions raised, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Sub-Collector, Bamanghaty, Rairangpur to dispose of the representation dated 18.04.2022 said to be pending before him in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order or on production of certified copy thereof by the petitioner.

The writ petition is dispose of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
