This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No. 673 of 2022 arising out of Dharakote P.S. Case No. 147 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC. Aska, for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 379/136 of the I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Aska, by Order dtd.7.07.2022 in Bail Application No.215 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed. 4.

The petitioner is stated to be in custody since 13.6.2022.

Perused the order of rejection.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, punishment prescribed and the period of custody, this Court directs the

petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Additionally it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Police Station once every seven days till submission of Final Form. Violation of such appearance shall entail cancellation of bail. .

The BLAPL thus stands disposed of.
