The Petitioner in this writ petition assails the seizure of his vehicle bearing Registration No.OD-15-G-7167 (Tipper) by the Additional Tahasildar, Jujumura, Sambalpur on 21st June, 2022 under the provisions of Odisha Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 2016.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo (Flag-B) submits that the Petitioner does not want to press the writ petition and prays for its withdrawal.

In view of the memo filed, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
