Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is fairly submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the meanwhile some of the witnesses have already been examined. 4.
Since the petitioner is in custody from 20.3.2018, learned court in seisin over the matter shall do well to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of four months from today. 5.
It shall be open to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail in the event the trial is not concluded within the stipulated time and the delay is not attributable to him.
6.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
