Mr. B.K.Ragada, learned counsel files Vakalatnama on behalf of the informant, which is taken on record. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No. 294 of 2022 arising out of Purushottampur P.S. Case No. 314 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Purushottampur for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 302/323/326/307/34 of the I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Chatrapur, Ganjam, by order dated 8.07.2022, in Bail Application No.135 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

The consideration by the learned Court in seisin over the matter was during the course of investigation. 6.

The petitioner is at liberty to move the learned Court below after filing of Charge-Sheet. The same shall be considered on its own merit without being influenced by the earlier rejection or the order passed by this Court.

The Bail Application thus, stands disposed of. 8.
