Heard Mr. R.N. Pattnaik, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.P. Mohanty, learned Addl. Government Advocate. 3.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the Opposite Parties to release the last bill for the month of February, 2022 and also for return of security deposit amount of the petitioner.

Mr. R.N. Pattnaik, learned Counsel for the Petitioner contended that since the period of tender has already been over, the Petitioner is entitled to get refund of the last bill for the month of February, 2022 and also for return of security deposit amount, as mentioned above.

In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of permitting the Petitioner to pursue its remedy before the appropriate forum in terms of the DTCN/Agreement, which is applicable to it.
