1. Mr. Dharanidhar Nayak, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioners states that two co-accused have already been acquitted.

2. Permitting the Petitioners to urge all the pleas raised in the present petition before the trial Court at the appropriate stage, the petition is disposed of.

3. The stay order of this Court against NBW will continue till 1st November 2022, on which date the Petitioner will appear before the JMFC., Jeypore in G.R. Case No.434 of 2008. A copy of this order be communicated to the trial Court forthwith. (Dr. S. Muralidhar) Chief Justice M. Panda
