This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition has prayed for the following relief:

"Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is therefore most humbly prayed that your Lordships may graciously be pleased:

i.

To admit the writ application;

ii. Call for the records iii. Issue Rule Nisi calling of the Opp. Parties more particularly the Opp. Party No.2 to show cause as to why the impugned information under Annexure-2 shall not be quashed;

iv. If the opp. Party No.2 do not show cause or so insufficient cause issue a writ of certiorari in quashing the impugned information under Annexure-2.

v. And further be pleased to pass any other appropriate writ/writ (s), direction/direction (s) as would be deem fit and proper.

And for which act of kindness, the Petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.

The Petitioner essentially assails the correctness of the information provided to him under Annexure-2. Since the Petitioner has a remedy under the provision of Right to

// 2 // Information Act, 2005, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
