The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.2 to consider and approve the proposal of the Managing Committee for promotion of the petitioner to the post of Head Pandit of Paramhansa Sanskrit Bidyapitha, Naraj, which was recommended by opposite party no.3, within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, counsel for the petitioner states that the case of the petitioner has already been recommended by the Superintendent of Sanskrit Studies, Odisha, Puriopposite party no.3 to the Director, Secondary Education, Odisha-opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-10 dated 04.03.2015 and, therefore, direction may be given to the authority to take a decision on the same within a stipulated

time taking into consideration the instructions issued by the Government to the Director vide Annexure-13 dated 04.02.2017, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to take a decision on the recommendation made by the Superintendent of Sanskrit Studies, Odisha, Puri-opposite party no.3 under Annexure-10 dated 04.03.2015 taking into consideration the instructions issued by the Government to the Director vide Annexure-13 dated 04.02.2017, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
