This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this RPFAM seeks to assail the order dated 16th January, 2018 passed in Cr. P. No. 43 of 2017, whereby learned Judge, Family Court, Dhenkanal entertaining an application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has enhanced the amount of maintenance from Rs.800/- to Rs.1,000/- per month to be paid by the Opposite Party to her mother.

It appears that there is a delay of 372 days in filing RPFAM, as pointed out by the S.R. No sufficient ground is made out to condone the inordinate delay in filing the RPFAM. 4.

Further, in view of the fact that only Rs.200/- has been enhanced to be paid by the Opposite Party to her mother, this Court is not inclined to delve into the matter. 5.

Accordingly, the I.A. and consequently RPFAM are dismissed.
