This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in Special G.R. Case No.78 of 2020, on the files of learned ADJ-cum-Special Court under POCSO Act, Bolangir, arising out of Loisinga P.S. Case No.256 of 2020, under Sections 376(2)(n)/376(3) of IPC read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act, 2012 read with Section 66E/67/67b of the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008.

Taking into account the offence under I.T. Act and the complicity of the petitioner as borne out from the 164 State of the Victim, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application at this stage.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands rejected.
