Heard Ms. M.K. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 2.

Perused the report dated 25th August, 2022 of the learned S.D.J.M., Boudh reflecting the present status of Misc. Case No. 38 of 2020 pending before him/her.

During course of hearing Ms. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction be issued to the learned Court below to dispose of the application of the petitioner praying for interim maintenance within a specific time period. 4.

Considering submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the learned S.D.J.M., Boudh to make all endeavour to dispose of the application of the petitioner for interim maintenance in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of production of the certified copy of this order.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
