1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to urge all the pleas as may be available to the Petitioner in accordance with law in the trial Court in response to the notice under Section 110 Cr.P.C.

2. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty prayed for. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated. A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned Court below forthwith.
