Heard Mr. K.C.Sahu, learned counsel for the Petitioners. 3.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to regularize their services as Driver as they have all completed more than 6 years of service. 4.

Mr. Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioners contended that the case of the petitioners have been recommended by the opposite party no.2 for regularization as per Annexures-11 & 12. Therefore, a direction may be given to the opposite party no.1 to pass an order with regard to regularization of the service of the petitioners by holding HPC.

In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the Principal Secretary, Health & Family Welfare Department, Odisha-opposite party no.1 to take a decision with regard to the regularization of the petitioners, taking into consideration the recommendation as per Annexures-11 & 12, by holding the HPC as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of the certified/authenticated copy of the order.
