CORAM:
JUSTICE BISWANATH RATH
ORDER
2.8.2022 Order No.
1.
1.
Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
2.
This is an unnecessary litigation seeking direction from this Court for completing exercise involving Demarcation Case No.110/2019. This Court finds from Page-18 that this is the situation even after Tahasildar, Barpali already directing conducting of demarcation in presence of police personnel and report compliance. Finding unnecessary delay involving such issue, deprecating the attitude of the Tahasildar for unnecessarily forcing the litigation to High Court, this Court directs the Tahasildar, Barpali to complete such exercise within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order but however involving the Parties likely to be affected.
3.
The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. (Biswanath Rath) Judge M.K.Rout
