Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

It is alleged through Annexure-2 that in disposal of RMC No.308 of 2021, the Tahasildar, Jatani has not prepared the Record of Rights.

Considering the innocuous prayer, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition directing the Tahasildar, Jatani-Opposite Party No.2 to work out the direction in Annexure-2 by completing the entire exercise within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner, subject to however there is no impediment by way of stay of order at Annexure-2 by any forum.
