Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Through the Writ Petition it is alleged that the application under Section 22 of the OLR Act, 1960 vide OLR Case No.107 of 2021 is still pending consideration of the Sub-Collector, Cuttack Sadar- Opposite Party No.3.

Considering the long pendency of such dispute, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs the Sub-Collector, Cuttack SadarOpposite Party No.3 to finalize the proceeding under Section 22 of the OLR Act, 1960 vide OLR Case No.107 at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner.
