This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

This is the successive journey of this petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Keonjhar Sadar P.S. Case No.331 of 2017 corresponding to Special Case No.82 of 121 of 2021/17(TC No.82/2021) pending in the Court of the learned Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge (FTSC), Keonjhar for offence punishable under sections 450/376(2)(i), I.P.C. read with section 6 of the POCSO Act in filing this application under section 439, Cr.P.C. for his release on bail. 3.
Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State and on going through the materials available on record as also the surrounding circumstances, finding no such change in the circumstance, while being not inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant of bail to the Petitioner, this application stands disposed of with the observation that the trial court would do well to take all effective steps as provided in law for early conclusion of trial. 4.
The BLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
