Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with C.T. Case No. 273 of 2021 arising out of Kundheigola P.S. Case No. 150 of 2021, pending on the file of the learned J.M.F.C., Reamal for the alleged commission of offence under Sections-379 of the I.P.C. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Deogarh, by Order dtd. 05.07.2022 in Bail Application No. 151 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the nature of allegation and the punishment prescribed, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the
learned Court in seisin over the matter, additionally it is directed that that the petitioner shall appear twice every week and first two days of such appearance shall be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. Certification of such appearance shall be submitted to the learned Court in seisin over the matter. 6.
Violation of any of the conditions shall entail cancellation of this order.

The Bail Application thus stands disposed of. 8.
