This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with C.T. Case No.1268 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur arising out of Bari-Ramachandrapur P.S. Case No.158 of 2022, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 376/379/506 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Jajpur by order dated 06.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim. 6.
Taking into account the period of custody since 29.05.2022 and filing of charge sheet on 01.08.2022, this Court
directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned court n seisin over the matter. 7.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
