This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

This is an application for modification of order dated 21st July, 2022 by which the writ petition was disposed of with a direction that in the event the Petitioner files an application under Section 71 of the Registration Act, 1908 along with the document sought to be registered within a period of two weeks along with certified copy of the said order, the Sub-Registrar, Chandbali-Opposite Party No.4 shall do well to consider the same and pass a reasoned order thereon.

2.1 Subsequently the said order was extended for a period of two weeks pursuant to order dated 24th November, 2022 passed in IA No.14272 of 2022. Again, the present application has been filed praying for further extension of time to comply with said order dated 21st July, 2022.

Since the Petitioner has neither complied with the said order dated 21st July, 2022 nor the order dated nor the order dated 24th November, 2022, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present IA. 4.

Accordingly, the IA stands rejected.
