The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Mr. B. Singh, learned counsel for claimant - Respondents submits that claimant - Respondent No.1, namely Smt. Shakuntala Das died on 23rd November, 2019 and no other LR, except Respondent No.2, is there.

Accordingly, the order dated 14th September, 2022 is modified to the extent that the entire compensation amount along with interest shall be paid in favour of claimant - Respondent No.2, Aurobindo Das on such terms and proportion to be fixed by the tribunal. Rest part of the order shall remain unaltered.

The I.A. is disposed of.
