Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

This writ petition involves a serious allegation of alleged construction obstructing the proper flowing of the water through the water canal. Taking this Court to the complaint at Annexure-2 series pending before the opposite party no.4, a request is made to issue necessary direction to the opposite party no.4 for undertaking the exercise of remedying out the difficulties shown by the petitioner. Considering the exercise is required to be taken at the instance of the opposite party no.4 involving the complaint of the petitioner, this Court directs the opposite party no.4 to have an exercise involving the grievance of the petitioner and find out the remedy, if any, by working it out within a period of two months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner but also involving the party likely to be affected. In the event the opposite party no.4 finds any illegal construction, he is also at liberty of undertaking entire exercise.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation and direction made hereinabove.
