This application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 407 of Cr.P.C. for transfer of Cr.P. No. 76 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Jajpur, to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack or Bhubaneswar.

Mr. P.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are some mistakes in the application for which he wants to withdraw this TRP(CRL) with liberty to file a better application. He files a memo to that effect in Court today. The same be kept on record.

The prayer is allowed.
