Petitioner has serious allegation in the matter of non-supply of Order No.

certified copy of the Revenue Misc. Case No.91/2007 applied on 31.03.2022. It is also alleged that on seeking information through the provisions under the R.T.I Act, Petitioner has been provided with information on 27.06.2022 by the Additional Tahasildar, Jatni that the case record is not readily available in the record room. 2.

Keeping in view the above, this Court finds, in the meantime a month time has already lapsed. In the process, this Court directs the Record Keeper of the concerned Office and the Additional Tahasildar, Jatni to trace out the record involving Revenue Misc. Case No.91/2007 within a period fifteen days and provide certified copy of the same pursuant to the application dated 31.03.2022. It is further directed that in the event the Additional Tahasildar, Jatni and the Record Keeper of the concerned Office fail to do so, payment of their salary shall be stopped till the certified copy of the Revenue Misc. Case is provided to the Petitioner on tracing out of the case record involved.
