Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Petitioner prays for a direction for correction of Record of Rights based on a right through Annexure-3. This Court in reading Annexure-3 finds, there is already determination of the right of the Parties in a proceeding under Section 37(1) of the O.C.H. & P.F.L. Act, 1972.

Considering the limited grievance involved herein, this Court directs the order at Annexure-3 if not challenged in higher Court of law, same ought to be worked out and correct the Record of Rights by completing entire exercise within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner.
