This application has been filed by the petitioner-wife under Section 24 of C.P.C. for transfer of Mat Suit No.62 of 2020 filed by the opp. party-husband under Section-13 of the Hindu Marriage Act in the Court of learned Senior Judge, Karanjia, Dist:Mayurbhanj, to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Keonjhar.

Mr. P.C.Das, learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo stating that the petitioner has been taken by the opp. party to his house with an undertaking given in Karanjia Police Station. So, the petitioner wants to withdraw the case with liberty to re-file it again, if necessity arises.

Considering the averments made in the memo, the TRP (C) is disposed of, as withdrawn with liberty to re-file the same, if fresh cause of action arises.

5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules. .........................
