2. Ms. Rajashree Barik, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that inadvertently in the consolidated TRP (CRL) petition, extra Annexure has been added and some extra averments have been included, hence, she wants to withdraw the TRP (CRL) with liberty to file a better application.

3. Prayer is accepted.

4. The TRP (CRL) is disposed of as withdrawn granting the aforesaid liberty.
