Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

There appears to be defective move in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition has not moved by the Sarapanch, when transfer order is affected to Opposite Party No.5, this Court finds, the Writ Petition is not entertainable.

In the circumstance, this Court declines to entertain the Writ Petition. Consequently, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. Dismissal of the Writ Petition shall not stand on the way of Opposite Party No.5, if so advised to come with appropriate Writ. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Swarna
