This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that the mandatory procedure of Section 41-A, Cr.P.C. has been complied with so far as Petitioner No.2 is concerned. He further submits that Petitioner No.1 is the wife of Petitioner No.2. 3.

Considering such submission, the I.O. is directed to follow the mandatory procedure of Section 41-A, Cr.P.C., if the same is required to be followed against Petitioner No.1. 4.
