The Petitioner, who is a villager of Tuniamunda under Dunguripali Tahasil in the district of Sonepur. 3.

The grievance of the Petitioner in this writ petition is that a tower for drawing of high tension line on the playground of the children is being erected for which the villagers in general and children in particular are facing difficulty. No permission whatsoever from the authorities under TPWODL was obtained for that purpose. In that regard, the Petitioner has made a grievance petition before the Collector, Sonepur on 18th March, 2022 as at Annexure-3, but to no effect. Hence, this writ petition has been filed for a direction to remove the tower from Plot No. 188 under Khata No. 293 situated in mouza Tuniamunda under Tunguripalli Tahasil in the district of Sonepur to make it available for the playground of the children. 4.

Mr. Dash, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that there is no material on record to show that the Petitioner has made a grievance petition to the Collector,

// 2 // Sonepur. If a fresh comprehensive grievance petition is made in that regard, the same may be directed to be considered. 5.

Taking into consideration the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case disposes of this writ petition with a direction that in the event the Petitioner makes a comprehensive petition with materials in support of his grievance within a period of two weeks hence along with a certified copy of this order, the Collector, Sonepur-Opposite Party No. 2 shall do well to consider the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months therefrom. Clandestinely Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
