This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on the last date on 10.10.2022. This Court by an order passed on 10.10.2022 directed the petitioner to take fresh steps for issuance of notice against opposite parties no.2 and 3, but requisites are yet to be filed.

In view of the above facts, it pre supposes that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the CRLMC is dismissed.
