This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the ABLAPL No.8569 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 29.07.2022 granting bail to the petitioners but in 1st line of paragraph-6, the name of the court has been wrongly mentioned as "Special Judge, Chhendipada" instead of "Special Judge, Angul" and also 3rd line of the said paragraph-7 wrongly mentioned as "Special Judge, Chhendipada" instead of "Special Judge, Angul", which mistake also appears in the cause title of the bail application. Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Accordingly, it is directed that in the 1st line of paragraph-6 of the order dated 29.07.2022 it be mentioned as "Special Judge,

// 2 // Angul" in place of "Special Judge, Chhendipada" and also in 3rd line of paragraph-7 it be mentioned as "Special Judge, Angul" in place of "Special Judge, Chhendipada", rest part of the order remaining the same. It is further directed that the petitioner can avail the benefit of the bail order dated 29.07.2022, if they surrender before the learned Special Judge, Angul on or before 22nd of August, 2022. 5.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
