This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.220 of 2021, on the files of learned S.D.J.M. Patnagarh, arising out of Larambha P.S. Case No.37 of 2021, offences under Section 457/ 380/ 411/ 413/ 34 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patnagarh, by order dated 30.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the rejection order.

Taking into account the period of custody, nature of the accusations and punishment prescribed, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Additionally, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Police Station once in every 15 days till the submission of charge final form.

8.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
