This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

This is the second journey of the petitioner, who is implicated in connection with Titilagarh P.S. Case No.0096 of 2019 arising out of G.R. Case No.184 of 2019 pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Titilagarh for offence punishable under sections 417/493/506, I.P.C. in filing the petition under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for his release on bail in the event of his arrest.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials on record as also the earlier order dated 29.01.2020 passed in ABLAPL No.7271 of 2019, the present application stands disposed of with the observation that in the event the Petitioner surrenders in connection with the aforesaid case before the court in seisin of the case within a period of

// 2 // four weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, the earlier order dated 29.01.2020 shall come to light and hold the field for having its play in letter and spirit.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
