This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.302 of 2022 pending in the file of learned Additional District Judge-Spl. Judge, Jeypore, Dist-Koraput, arising out of Kundra P.S. Case No.29 of 2022, offence under Sections 498-A/294/506/494/376(2)(n) of IPC read with Section 4 of D.P. Act and Section 6 of the POCSO Act and is in custody since 12.04.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-Spl. Judge, Jeypore by order dated 04.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim. 6.

Taking into account the tenor thereof and considering the period of custody and filing of charge sheet, this Court directs the

petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
