It is brought to the notice of the Court that the tender in question has already been cancelled by the authority. Thereby, there is no cause of action survives for the petitioner against the very same tender. However, if any cause of action still survives, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
