This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with C.T. Case No.733 of 2022, pending before the S.D.J.M., Deogarh, arising out of Deogarh P.S. Case No.462 of 2022, for offences under Sections 420/409 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Deogarh, by order dated 12.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Keeping in view the submission of the learned counsel for the State on instruction that no amount has been credited to the account of the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Additionally it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer once every week till conclusion of trial.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
