Heard Mr.D.K.Ray, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.K.Mohanty, learned Addl. Standing Counsel. 2.

According to Mr.Ray though the petitioner has been selected for getting the benefits under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana under Annexure-2 at Serial No. 360 prepared by the Ministry of Rural Development Government of India however till date the benefits have not been extended to him.

Mr.Mohanty, learned Addl. Standing Counsel submits that if the petitioner has any such grievance he should approach the Collector, Bhadrak (opposite party No.2) by filing a representation.

During course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file representation before the Collector, Bhadrak (opposite party No.2) and further prays that a direction may be issued to the said opposite party to take a decision on

// 2 // his representation within a specific time period. 5.

Considering such submissions and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file representation before opposite party No.2 along with a copy of this order by registered post within a period of two weeks hence. In the event, such representation is received by the opposite party No.2, he/she is directed to take a decision on the same in accordance with law within a period of two months there from and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 7.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
