The Petitioner in this CMP seeks to assail the order dated 28th October, 2021 (Annexure-9) as well as the order dated 9th May, 2022 (Annexure-8) passed by learned Additional Senior Civil Judge, Dhenkanal in Execution Case No. 05 of 2019. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of CMP stating that interest of justice will be best served, if the Petitioner files an application under Section 47 C.P.C.
