1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State.

3. The Petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following relief:- "Therefore, it is most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be graciously be pleased to consider the facts stated in the Petition, admit this writ application, issue rule NISI calling upon the Opp. Parties to show cause as to why advertisement No.275/2022 dtd.6.6.2022 shall not be quashed and be further be pleased to direct the

// 2 // Opposite Parties to take action on the selection procedure of the candidates applied for the post of Anganwadi Worker in respect of Jalahariparida Sahi Anganwadi center pursuant to the previous advertisements for the interest of justice and equity;

If the Opposite Parties fail to show insufficient cause, the said RULE be made absolute by quashing Annexure-1."

4. It is submitted that the concerned authorities have been repeatedly issuing advertisements without completing the selection process relating to advertisements issued in the years 2009 and 2012. The Petitioner claims to have been short listed for final selection in the selection process in 2012. While the matter stood thus, a fresh advertisement has been issued vide order dated 6th June, 2022. The Petitioner is an applicant and also claims to have been short listed, but no steps have been taken as yet for appointment.

5. Ventilating her grievance as aforesaid, the Petitioner has submitted a representation on 28th June, 2022 to the Collectorcum-District Magistrate, Bhadrak (Opposite Party No.2). There is, however, no proof of such representation being submitted.

6. Considering the submissions as above and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the Opposite Party No.2 within

// 3 // a period of two weeks from today. In the event such a representation is submitted, the Opposite Party No.2 shall do well to dispose of the same by passing a lawful order within a period of two weeks thereafter by giving an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
