Considering the oral prayer made by the learned counsel for Order No.
Petitioners, this Court permits the learned counsel for Petitioners to make necessary correction in the cause title of the writ petition by bringing Narahari Das and Haralal Das as Opposite Party Nos.5 & 6 therein in Court today.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for Petitioners that on the complaint of the Petitioners, the proceeding vide Encroachment Case No.1166 of 2019 is initiated. It is alleged that in spite of conclusion of such proceeding by determining the encroachers therein, there is no effective action for removal of encroachment as yet. 3.
Considering the allegation made by the learned counsel for Petitioners to be a serious one, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition observes, in the event there is no appeal or revision involving the order passed in Encroachment Case No.1166 of 2019, all attempt shall be made for clearing the encroachment over the disputed land in question, within a period of one & half months from the date of
