Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Petitioner reducing his prayer submitted that he has the right to appeal involving the disposal of encroachment proceeding on the premises that copy of application for providing detail order is still pending consideration of the Authority and the Petitioner has not been provided with final outcome in the encroachment proceeding. Petitioner moved this Writ Petition anticipating that there is likelihood of eviction of the Petitioner in absence of providing scope of appeal. 3.
Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court in disposing of the Writ Petition directs in the event application for certified copy of the order in Encroachment Case No.4-3084 of 2022 is still pending, copy of such order be supplied to the Petitioner at least within a period of seven days hence. Learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to file appeal at least within a period of one week thereafter along with application for condonation of delay and interim application as well. Application for interim protection, if any, with the appeal will be entertained and the interim
// 2 // application shall be heard and disposed of within a period of four weeks of filing. There shall be status quo in respect of property involved in Encroachment Case No.4-3084 of 2022 at least for a period of six weeks.
