This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in C.T. Case No.1147 of 2022, on the files of learned S.D.J.M. Jharsuguda, arising out of Orient P.S. Case No.74 of 2022, under Section 394 of IPC and he is in custody since 12.06.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Jharsuguda, by order dated 22.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Learned counsel for the State submits that charge sheet has already been filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 12.06.2022 and keeping in view his age, this Court may consider his application.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer citing the antecedents which have been reflected in the order of rejection. 8.

Keeping in view that charge sheet has already been filed and considering the age of the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail. Such terms to be fix by the learned Court in seisin over the matter so as to ensure his presence on each date of trial.

Additionally, it is directed that petitioner shall appear before the local Police Station once every week till the conclusion of trial. First date and time to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter. Violation of any of the condition shall entail cancellation.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
