In compliance to the order of this Court dated 25.08.2023, Sukesh Kumar Nayak, at present working as Under Secretary in Aviation Research Centre, Directorate General of Security, Cabinet Secretariat, Government of India, Charbatia, Cuttack, being identified by Mr. B. Dash, learned Sr. Panel Counsel, appears before this Court in person.

I.A. No. _________of 2023 is filed in Court today by the petitioners enclosing the order dated 02.09.2023 passed by the Under Secretary to the Government of India, wherein it has been indicated that the order of this Court dated 06.03.2014 passed in W.P.(C) No. 7908 of 2008 and dated 15.07.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 15348 of 2018 have already been complied with by giving notional promotion to the opposite party to the post of Assistant Technical Officer (Misc.) in Level-10 w.e.f. 29.05.2005 to 01.04.2009 in Arc, DG (S). The I.A. be registered and kept on record.

In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to take necessary follow up action by revising the pension of the opposite party accordingly.
